Gemma Shaw School of Dancing strongly recommends that you consult with your doctor/GP before beginning any dance class online if you have any medical concerns.

You should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in the class.

Gemma Shaw School of Dancing is not a medical professional and therefore has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect the classes will have on a medical condition.

You should understand that when participating in any dance class, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in these online dance classes, you agree that you do so at your own risk.  Gemma Shaw School of Dancing is not responsible and liable for any injury that you may incur.

In summary:

• As a parent/guardian you are responsible for supervising your child when they are participating in any Online Dance Class with Gemma Shaw School of Dancing.
• Gemma Shaw is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during one of her online classes.
• It is your responsibility to do a risk assessment to ensure you have a clear and big enough space to dance in.
